The terms on which the OSSOT website is provided: what the site is, how to read its product descriptions, and what applies when you send an application.
These terms cover use of the OSSOT website. They are not the terms of an engagement: if we work together, the commercial and contractual terms are set out in a separate signed agreement, and that agreement — not this page — governs the relationship, including which entity contracts with you and under which law.
What this site is
A description of OSSOT and of the work we do, published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to provide anything, and nothing on it forms a contract.
Descriptions of the product
Capabilities are described at the level of what they change in an operating business. The product develops continuously, so a description here states what the system does in general rather than what any particular deployment will include. What a specific engagement covers is agreed in writing.
Applications
Sending an application creates no obligation on either side. We may decline, and we may not respond. Please submit accurate information — an assessment is only as useful as what it is based on.
Ownership
The OSSOT name, and this site’s text, design and code, belong to us. You are welcome to read, to quote briefly with attribution, and to link to any page. Republishing the content, or using the name or material in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist, is not permitted.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be reachable or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it.

These terms may change. The date below is the date of the version you are reading.
