About

Built where the market is.

OSSOT is the real estate operating system, built in the United Arab Emirates and shaped by working inside this market rather than studying it.

The UAE real-estate market has a particular character. It moves quickly, it is genuinely international, it runs on relationships and referral as much as on listings, and it carries regulatory obligations that are specific to operating here. Software built elsewhere tends to model the first of those and misunderstand the rest.

Roughly fifteen years of working inside this market produced a fairly unglamorous conclusion: the recurring failures in real-estate businesses are not sales failures or market failures. They are failures of memory and handover — the business forgetting what it already knew, and losing things in the gaps between the people who need them.

OSSOT is an attempt to hold that chain together. It is used, it is real, and it continues to be shaped by organisations operating on it.

OSSOT is built by Dubisign. The product carries its own name because it is what our clients operate on day to day, and the company sits behind it rather than in front of it.

We are deliberate about what we claim. This page contains no customer counts, transaction volumes, awards or logos, because we publish only what we can evidence. As verifiable milestones accumulate, they will appear here.

How engagements work

Engagements begin at a minimum annual commitment. There is no monthly plan, no free trial and no self-service signup — not as a sales tactic, but because none of them fit what is actually being undertaken.

Commercial terms are structured around the organisation, platform scope, number of users, operational requirements and level of customisation. Bespoke engagements are typically structured as implementation and customisation, an annual platform licence, and ongoing support and infrastructure where applicable.

We do not publish per-seat pricing, because a number without the scope behind it would be misleading in both directions.

Payment structures

Annual
Paid once for the year. Carries the most favourable commercial terms.
Semi-annual
Two payments across the annual commitment.
Quarterly
Four payments across the annual commitment.

Tell us how your business runs today and what is failing. If OSSOT is the wrong answer, we will say so — that is a cheaper outcome for you than a year of finding out.
