OSSOT is the real estate operating system, built in the United Arab Emirates by people who worked inside this market rather than studied it.
The UAE real-estate market has a particular character. It moves quickly, it is genuinely international, it runs on relationships and referral as much as on listings, and it carries obligations specific to operating here. Software built elsewhere tends to model the first of those and misunderstand the rest.
Working inside that market produced an unglamorous conclusion: the recurring failures in real-estate businesses are not sales failures or market failures. They are failures of memory and handover — the business forgetting what it already knew, and losing things in the gaps between the people who need them. OSSOT is an attempt to hold that chain together.
It is built by Dubisign, whose work outside real estate is in software, systems and marketing operations. That is where the other half of the product comes from. OSSOT carries its own name because it is what clients operate on day to day, and the company sits behind it rather than in front of it.
How engagements work
